As an Material Handling Equipment Trainer, you are responsible for training, coaching, and guiding new and existing employees in the safe and efficient operation of warehouse equipment. Working closely with Team Leaders and Operations, you will help maintain high safety and quality standards, develop employee skills, and drive continuous improvement across the logistics operation.
Your responsibilities include:
- Deliver practical training on reach trucks, forklifts, electric pallet trucks, and order-picking trucks
- Coach and support new and existing employees in safe and efficient equipment operation
- Conduct skills assessments, manage certifications, and organize refresher training
- Monitor training records, identify safety risks, and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with Team Leaders and Operations to promote a strong safety culture and continuously improve operational processes
Working hours:
You will work in a day shift from Monday till Friday
- 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Wat wij vragen
- MBO-level education or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Good proficiency in english language
- Experience in logistics or operations, with practical knowledge of material handling equipment
- You posses valid reach truck and/or forklift certificates
- Strong communication and coaching skills, with a proactive and safety-conscious attitude

- A gross monthly salary between €2,732.05 and €3,393.41, depending on your knowledge and experience, with the potential to grow up to €4,055.98 within the salary scale
