Key responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and provide professional support regarding shipments and logistics services.
- Coordinate shipment activities between customers, carriers, warehouses, and internal departments.
- Monitor the logistics process from booking through to final delivery.
- Ensure timely communication and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Review and complete logistics and shipping documentation, including invoices, booking confirmations, etc.
- 1-2 years of experience in the freight forwarding and/or logistics industry
- Basic knowledge of incoterms.
- Understanding of customs procedures and international shipping processes.
- Familiarity with shipping and transport documentation.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office package, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Great team player, but also highly reliable in independent work.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus.
