Our client DHL in Beringe is expanding its Customer Service team. That's why we're looking for you! A seasoned Customer Service jack-of-all-trades to join this team. As a Customer service agent, you will have a wide range of tasks. Your daily tasks will include administrative work such as customer-specific reports; advising existing customers and correctly handling questions and problems regarding shipments/orders (warehouse/transport) in order to maintain relationships; offering transport and/or warehouse solutions in such a way that both the interests of the customer and those of the organization are met.
You will be part of a team of six colleagues and one supervisor who is responsible for the Cisco department. As a Customer Service employee, you will be able to determine your own shifts between 8:00 a.m. And 6:00 p.m.

Wie ben je?- Vocational education (MBO) level of working and thinking
- Knowledge of applicable computer applications
- Extensive experience in logistics and/or administrative work
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, English, and possibly German for providing information about products and/or services.
- Communication skills for maintaining contact with customers and problem-solving skills.
- Service-oriented towards both customers and colleagues and persuasive when providing advice.
- Gross hourly wage between €15.00 and €20.00 (depending on experience)
- Travel allowance up to €9.30 per day
