In this German-speaking customer experience role, you are far more than a typical support representative; you are a true brand advocate who translates the relaxing Rituals atmosphere into phone calls, emails, and live chats in German. You lead meaningful conversations on product safety, recommend tailored options for each individual, and solve queries or concerns with care!
You will be based at an international hub for customer service excellence located in Amsterdam, where passion for quality care and team spirit come first.

Key details: This role begins on November 2nd with a 4-day training period at our Amsterdam headquarters. Following training, you should be flexible to work shifts scheduled from 08:45 to 21:00 on weekdays and 10:00 to 18:30 on weekends. This is a 32-hour per week contract, and we are searching for a dedicated team member for the long run!
Wat wij bieden- A competitve salary of € 2,754.21 gross per month (40 hours);

- Creative writing skills and a strong customer-focused mindset;
