To expand our international support operations in Enschede, we are seeking a full-time Customer Service Agent with professional-level fluency in Polish and English. In this role, you will become the dedicated point of contact for our Polish-speaking B2B clients, handling inquiries with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency.
As a full-time team member, you will play a crucial role in building long-term customer relationships. Whether resolving complex inquiries via phone or email, or collaborating closely with our internal Sales and Tech Support teams, your goal is to deliver top-tier service. You will start on July 8th with a comprehensive, 5-week fully paid training program designed to equip you with all the knowledge and tools you need to succeed.
- Confidently manage international customer inquiries via phone and email, primarily in Polish and English.
- Resolve customer issues pro-actively, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments like Sales and Tech Support to provide quick, effective solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with B2B corporate clients.
- Identify subtle commercial opportunities to deliver extra value to the customer.
