We're looking for a fluent German speaker to join the customer support team of a bank based in Amsterdam. This full-time position offers the opportunity to play a key role in ensuring that German-speaking clients receive responsive, knowledgeable, and respectful service across various channels.
As a customer support specialist, you'll handle incoming questions and requests by phone and email, guiding customers through banking procedures and resolving issues efficiently. Alongside direct communication, you'll also manage administrative tasks that require strong attention to detail, particularly when working with confidential customer data. Your first weeks on the job will involve structured training with experienced colleagues to ensure you're well-prepared. Once you've completed training, you'll move into a hybrid schedule, working half of the week from home and half from the Amsterdam office.
