As a customer service special projects agent, you will be the main point of contact for customers with regard to special projects within central customer care. You will work full-time, 40 hours per week, in a dynamic environment, collaborating with colleagues both locally and internationally. You start your working day by reviewing outstanding orders and customer requests. You process orders in the ERP system, maintain contact with customers regarding quotations and deliveries, and coordinate with internal departments such as logistics and sales. The customer service special projects role requires accuracy, as you are responsible for the entire order process, from inquiry to delivery and payment. Throughout the day, you'll resolve issues, think along with customers, and ensure the best possible customer experience.
