The role is focused on supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of seasonal digital initiatives, promotional campaigns, sport moments, and ecommerce activities across multiple markets. The position works closely with cross-functional digital, marketing, technology, creative, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution and an excellent consumer journey.
Key Responsibilities:

• Planning, executing, and reviewing promotional moments, seasonal campaigns, and cross-functional digital initiatives across websites and mobile applications.
• Owning and maintaining project roadmaps, timelines, trackers, and work-back plans to ensure clarity, accountability, and timely execution.
• Coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders to align business requirements, campaign objectives, content, and operational activities.
• Supporting the execution of digital marketing plans, including email, online advertising, promotional campaigns, and other digital communications.
• Managing detailed operational tasks that require a high level of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Supporting the creative and digital development process from initial concept through launch and post-launch activities.
• Collaborating with external creative agencies and internal partners throughout the digital development and production process.
• Orchestrating end-to-end execution of key initiatives, including testing, troubleshooting, validation, and reporting.
• Monitoring campaign readiness and ensuring that all required content, products, promotions, and systems are correctly configured before launch.
• Managing promotional codes and related operational activities, including creation, testing, validation, and coordination with technology teams.
• Monitoring pre-season and in-season assortment inclusion and exclusion requirements to ensure accurate implementation of promotional and merchandising strategies.
• Identifying consumer journey issues and proactively coordinating their resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Continuously improving operational workflows and processes to enable more efficient planning, collaboration, and campaign activation.
• Maintaining essential documentation, processes, and operational guidelines to support consistent execution across markets.
• Working with marketing and business teams to evaluate qualitative and quantitative performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contributing business and operational requirements for the development and enhancement of digital tools and systems.
• Supporting multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Facilitating clear communication across cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment through regular meetings, forums, and status updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
• Minimum 3 years experience in direct-to-consumer retail or e-commerce, preferably with a focus on operational processes and process improvement.
• Strong understanding of digital ecommerce operations, promotional campaigns, and online customer journeys.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when managing operational, promotional, and system-related activities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings, communicate with cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver presentations.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate new digital platforms, tools, and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, investigate root causes, and drive solutions.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of projects and operational processes.
• Flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to respond effectively to ad-hoc business requirements and changing priorities.
• Strong interest in ecommerce, digital experiences, retail, sport, fashion, or consumer-focused businesses.
• Experience working with digital production, marketing, creative, technology, or ecommerce teams is an advantage.
• Experience with project management tools, ecommerce platforms, content management systems, or internal digital tools is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple markets and functions.
• Flexibility to support business needs outside standard working hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
• Currently residing in Hilversum or the surrounding area
