- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues involving machinery, electrical systems, and software.
- Analyze recurring breakdowns and identify root causes using a structured approach.
- Install, commission, maintain, and optimize warehouse machinery and logistics systems.
- Support and guide maintenance technicians with challenging technical issues.
- Develop and implement long-term technical improvements to increase system reliability and performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.
- Contribute to technical projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and warehouse operations.
- Help create structure and best practices within a growing technical environment.
- MBO-level education (or higher) in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
- Approximately 3 years of relevant technical work experience.
- Experience working within a warehouse, logistics, production, or automated industrial environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with machinery, electrical systems, and technical maintenance.
- Experience performing root cause analyses in a technical environment.
- Knowledge of PLC-controlled systems is a strong advantage.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- A proactive and independent mindset with the ability to take ownership and initiative.
- Own transportation and the ability to commute independently to the Venlo area.
