As Country Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and commercial development of the Dutch market. You will lead the local sales team, including Sales Managers, while also developing key distributor relationships and strategic accounts yourself.
You will combine people leadership, business development, and commercial strategy to establish and expand the company's position in the Dutch residential energy storage market.
Your responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Sales Managers responsible for the Dutch market.
• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Netherlands.
• Build and manage a structured distributor and customer pipeline.
• Identify and develop strategic distributors and high-value customers.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and conduct customer visits and negotiations.
• Lead major commercial negotiations, partnership agreements, and contract discussions.
• Support the team in converting prospects into initial and repeat orders.
• Oversee order execution, delivery follow-up, and day-to-day channel operations.
• Monitor market developments, identify new opportunities, and contribute to the company's long-term growth in the Netherlands.
• Act as a key link between the Dutch commercial organization and the international headquarters.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant management or commercial experience within the residential energy storage industry.
• A strong understanding of energy storage products and related technologies.
• Experience leading and developing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of commercial and business logic, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Fluent in Dutch and Mandarin. Good English is required for international communication.
• Permanent residency in the Netherlands.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel to customers when required
