The Moxy Operations attendant is an all-round position with a wide range of working environments. You are the allround F&B employee, available for breakfast, lunch, diner and bar...Additionally you are the Front Desk Attendant, the Up & Cross Selling Specialist, the Speedy-Internet-Surfing-Problem-Solver...that's you! You are the welcoming force in the hotel, the FUN HUNTER in WOW-ing our guests, YOUNG AT HEART suggesting guests what to do and you are PLAYFUL.
Your day will consist of:
Working together with the team to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests
Serving beverages & food to our guests, making recommendations when appropriate
Keeping your work area clean and organized, be aware of the food & safety program (HACCP)
Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assinging room, and issuing and activation room key.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and adress guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
Process all payment types such as room charges, checks, debit or credit
Process all check-outs including resolving and any late and diputed charges
Answer, record and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions or concerns
Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for checkin
Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy
Complete designated cashier and closing reports.
