As an operator, you operate and set up machines, ensuring a smooth production process. You check raw materials, record data and work in a two-shift system (05:00-14:00 / 14:00-23:00).
During the first six weeks you will be guided by a mentor, after which you will work independently. For early and late hours you will receive additional allowances.
What you earn is a starting salary € 16,38 per hour + € 1 ADV bonus with allowances up to € 22,79 per hour. This is an average of € 3.313,50 per month (full-time). You also have growth potential up to € 3.707,51 per month.
