Logistics & Events Coordinator

As a Logistics & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing, shipping, and receiving materials for exhibitions, events, and customers. You will ensure that products and exhibition materials arrive safely and on time. You will also assist with setting up and dismantling exhibition stands and assembling products or prototypes.

You will work both in the warehouse and on-site while traveling regularly across Europe. In addition, you will help manage inventory, organize the warehouse, and maintain shipping documentation.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing, shipping, and receiving packages, products, and exhibition materials;
• Loading and unloading trucks;
• Setting up and dismantling exhibition stands;
• Assembling products and prototypes;
• Monitoring deliveries and shipment documentation;
• Working with logistics platforms such as DHL, DPD, and Geodis;
• Managing inventory and warehouse organization;
• Providing logistical support during events and business trips.

Wie ben je?

• MBO level or equivalent working and thinking ability;
• Excellent physical condition and willingness to perform physical work;
• Valid Category B driving license;
• Good command of the English language;
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams);
• Experience with logistics software is an advantage;
• Independent, accurate, and able to work under pressure;
• Flexible regarding working hours, including occasional weekends;
• Willingness to travel regularly across Europe and internationally.

Nice to have

• Forklift certificate (CACES 1 & 3) or equivalent;
• Truck driving license.
