As Office Manager & Ambassador, you create a smooth, welcoming workplace for our Amsterdam office and support our Stockholm coworking space remotely. You work closely with Sales, HR and central teams in a fast-paced fintech environment with around 70–80 colleagues.
- Lead front-of-house hospitality, onboarding, workplace rituals and employee milestone celebrations.
- Ensure full health, safety and legal compliance, coordinating landlords, inspections and mandatory trainings.
- Coordinate local IT support, workstation setups, hardware inventory and meeting room technology issues.
- Oversee facilities, office logistics, supplies, breakfast and snacks, vendors and company car administration.
- Plan engagement events, support ESG initiatives and manage local budgets, purchasing and invoicing workflows.
You are an experienced, service-minded Office Manager who feels at home in a dynamic fintech environment and communicates confidently in an international setting.
- MBO 4 or HBO in Office, Business or Hospitality Management.
- 3+ years office management or corporate hospitality experience.
- Proven experience with facilities, vendors, purchasing and basic budgeting.
- Fluent in English spoken and written, Dutch is not requierd.
- Comfortable with IT hardware basics and Google Workspace tools.
