In this role near Tilburg, you help keep the production process running smoothly across several workstations. You work in 3 shifts, follow clear procedures and contribute to a stable process from preparation to cleaning and quality checks. Functieomschrijving:
As a Production Employee, you support the production process from start to finish. You work across several stations, keep the workplace organised and make sure the product meets the right standards before it moves to the next step. In general, your tasks are:

• Preparing products, materials and workstations for production.
• Supporting product changeovers and helping restart the process correctly.
• Carrying out quality checks during production.
• Cleaning machines, tools and work areas according to food safety rules.
• Assisting with basic machine adjustments and changeovers.
• Reporting deviations, small malfunctions or unsafe situations on time.
• Working according to fixed recipes, procedures and hygiene standards.
• Helping colleagues where needed to keep the process running smoothly.

What you bring:

• Experience in a production environment.
• Willingness to work in 3 shifts.
• Able to work accurately and follow food safety rules.
• Good command of English and/or Dutch.
• Team-minded attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
• Own transport, because the location is difficult to reach by public transport.
• Experience in food production is a strong advantage.

• Gross monthly salary from €3,100 to €3,500 including shift allowance.
