We7re building the AI layer for companies that build, ship and sell physical goods. While everyone talks about AI agents, we7re focused on something more practical: automating the back-office operations that traditional industries actually run on.

We7re hiring a Founder Sales to own our mid-market sales motion. Full cycle: prospecting through close. Typical deals are ~€50K ACV.

You7ll be selling to operations leaders, finance teams, and IT at traditional companies. These aren7t tech-forward buyers - they7re skeptical of AI hype but drowning in manual work. You need to understand their processes, speak their language, and show them what7s actually possible.

This is consultative selling. You7ll need enough technical understanding to scope implementations and enough business acumen to build ROI cases. Our forward-deployed engineers handle delivery, but you need to know what we can and can7t do.

• Own pipeline from outbound prospecting to signed contract
• Run discovery calls, demos, and proof-of-concept scoping
• Build relationships with operations, finance, and IT stakeholders
• Work with our delivery team to ensure smooth handoffs
• Contribute to upsell/expansion in your accounts
• Help refine our mid-market playbook as we scale

• 3-5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling to traditional industries or into finance/operations functions
• Track record of hitting quota selling €30-100K deals
• Technical affinity - you can talk about APIs, integrations, and workflows without glazing over
• Self-starter who builds their own pipeline
• Direct communicator. No fluff.
• English and Dutch mandatory. German a (big) plus.
• Founder sales mentality
• Based in Amsterdam

• Experience selling ERP-adjacent software, workflow automation, or back-office tools
• Network in manufacturing, logistics, or wholesale
• Understanding of Business Central, SAP, or similar systems
