- Handle customer conversations in German. In your own way, without using scripts.
- Listen closely, ask the right questions, and find the best possible solution for the customer.
- Stay calm and professional when facing difficult questions or resistance.
- Help customers flexibly from your own workspace. Monday to Saturday, between 08:00 and 23:59.

Can do
- Speak and write fluent German. This will be assessed via a language test and roleplay.
- Reach Rotterdam Central Station within 90 minutes.
- Be at least 18 years old on your first workday (due to working hours).
- Handle stress and respond well to customer resistance.
- Work on Saturday or Monday.
