• Mastering authentic Japanese skills through a paid two-month training in Japan;
• Developing your culinary expertise by working with top-tier meat and fish;

Your tasks?

• Executing complex recipes with precision on the Teppanyaki grill;
• Assessing the quality of premium ingredients on a daily basis;
• Contributing creative ideas to improve the menu and seasonal offerings;
• Mentoring new staff after completing your own specialist training in Japan;
• Strictly following quality procedures to maintain Michelin-level standards.
