As a supply chain 3PL coordinator, you will contribute to ensuring seamless collaboration with our third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to support both daily operations and long-term strategic goals. You’ll play a key role in managing relationships, monitoring performance, and optimizing processes to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment. This role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally with teams like Customer Service, Sales, and Finance.
What You Will Do:
- 3PL relationship management: serve as the primary point of contact for 3PL partners, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs are met, and leading regular performance reviews.
- Order fulfillment oversight: monitor order processing, shipping timelines, and accuracy, while resolving issues related to delayed, lost, or incorrect shipments.
- Inventory management: coordinate inventory replenishments with Procurement and Planning, conduct regular checks, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Performance reporting: track and analyze key logistics metrics, using data to identify and implement process improvements.
- Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with internal teams to align logistics procedures, communicate updates, and troubleshoot operational challenges.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics or fulfillment operations.
- Proficiency with logistics software (e.g., WMS, ERP, TMS).
- Experience managing 3PL providers and optimizing workflows.
- Strong knowledge of SLA/KPI tracking and performance reporting.
