As a shipping & kitting operator, you will contribute to ensuring the accurate preparation and shipment of non-wiped kits (NWKs) for our CAR-T Manufacturing Platform. Your role involves working in compliance with GxP regulations, internal SOPs, and operational excellence standards. You’ll handle temperature-sensitive materials, maintain precise documentation, and collaborate in a dynamic environment that values accuracy and attention to detail.
What You Will Do:
- Picking & kitting: select and assemble raw materials based on SAP-generated picking lists, ensuring all components are scanned and verified accurately.
- Labelling & documentation: generate and apply labels, maintain traceability through SAP entries, and ensure compliance with all documentation requirements.
- Shipping preparation: pack kits according to temperature requirements, use appropriate shipping materials, and perform outbound delivery orders in SAP.
- Quality & compliance: execute activities in pairs for accuracy, follow line clearance procedures, and handle temperature-sensitive shipments safely.
- Environment management: work in cleanroom and non-cleanroom settings, adhering to procedures for special kits requiring light protection and multiple bagging.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping & Kitting Operator who thrives in a regulated environment and excels in logistics operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/logistics education preferred.
- Experience in GMP/GxP-compliant environments is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems for materials management.
- Comfortable working in cleanroom and temperature-controlled environments.
- Basic knowledge of cold chain logistics and safe material handling.
