As a Ribbed Floor Production Worker, you will be part of the daily production of prefabricated insulated ground floors. You ensure these floor elements are made to the highest quality standards and according to the proper specifications. You'll use various tools and techniques while collaborating with your teammates to keep production running smoothly.

A typical day involves applying release oil with a high-pressure sprayer, placing foam moldings, reinforcement meshes, rods, and plastic spacers. You'll install steel or wooden end plates to separate floor elements and seal large openings using foam strips. After pouring the concrete, you'll finish and cover the surfaces. You'll work day shifts with fixed hours and be part of a close-knit production team.

• At least a high school (VMBO) level of education (MBO or HBO experience is also welcome)
• Willing to work full-time (40 hours per week)
• Precise working style and technical insight
• Able to work both independently and in a team
• Proficiency in Dutch; knowledge of German and English is a plus
• Experience with an overhead crane is beneficial, but not required
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
