All-round Moxy Crew Day/Night
Be part of our TEAM! The Moxy Crew Day/Night is a position with a wide range of working environments. You work approximately 50% during daytime (where you can give your preference for morning of evening shifts). The other 50% is at nighttime (11pm until 7am). You will earn a competitive salary compared to a regular Crew Member/ Front Office agent. You are the host in the reception + lounge area, the up & cross selling specialist, pizza making chef, bartender & the night specialist. You are the welcoming force in the hotel, the FUN HUNTER in WOW-ing our guests, YOUNG AT HEART suggesting guests what to do and you are PLAYFUL.
Your day will consist of:
* Working together with the team to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests.
* Process all guest check-ins & check-outs.
* Process payments including resolving and any late and disputed charges.
* Answer, record and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions or concerns.
* Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.
* Serving & preparing beverages & food to our guests, making recommendations when appropriate.
* Keeping your work area clean and organized, be aware of the food & safety program (HACCP)
* Running the night audit and prepare reservations for the next day.
* Help with preparing and serving breakfast.

• Experience with Opera and Micros is considered as an advantage
