Wat ga je precies doen As a 3-shift Operator, you will contribute to the production of high-quality aircraft tyres that meet the strict standards of the aviation industry. You will work with advanced machinery and ensure that the production process runs smoothly. Your responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Operate and adjust machinery to ensure a safe and efficient production process.
• Quality Control: Carry out inspections and quality checks to meet aviation industry standards.
• Process Monitoring: Monitor the production process and quickly resolve any deviations.
• Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive working environment.
• Skills Development: Take part in internal training to expand your technical knowledge and improve your skills.

• Salary between €3,000 and €3,800 per month.

Functie-eisen We are looking for an eager-to-learn Operator 3-shifts with technical insight and a hands-on approach.

• At least 1 year of experience operating machinery.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Dutch or English.
• Physically fit and willing to work in a 3-shift rotation.
• Flexible and eager to learn in a production environment.
• A team player with a strong focus on quality and process improvement.
