At YoungCapital we are now hiring a new full time senior sales manager for Sweden for an exciting and innovative company in Amsterdam within the sustainability sector. This rapidly growing company is now looking for a new Swedish senior sales manager. This Dutch consultancy is dedicated to helping people design and build sustainable homes. What will you do?

As the Swedish full time senior sales manager in Amsterdam you will manage the Swedish team, and help expand the business in the Scandinavian market. You will set the KPI's for the team, source out new business opportunities and help to make sure that the daily operations run smoothly. You will function as an integral part of the teams sucess, leading the team towards reaching their targets.

What we ask

• 3+ years in account management/sales
• Native Swedish speaker as well as fluency in English
• Previous manager experience
• HBO level degree
