As a ProductionTeam Leader at Wulms Egg Group, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, safe, and efficient production process while working closely with your team on the production floor. This is a dynamic position where you combine hands-on operational tasks with leadership responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to motivate colleagues, improve processes, and make a real impact every day. Your responsiiblities:
- Act as the first point of contact and provide daily guidance and support to the production team
- Monitor production processes and quickly respond to malfunctions, deviations, or quality issues
- Actively participate in operational production activities on the work floor
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards, including HACCP regulations
- Contribute to process improvements, efficiency optimization, and report production results to the Production Manager
Working hours:
You work from Monday to Friday in a 2-shift system or a day shift:
- Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:45
- Afternoon shift: 14:45 – 23:30

Wat wij vragen
- Leadership work experience or strong natural leadership skills
- Technical insight and experience in a production environment, preferably in the food industry
- Knowledge of HACCP and BRC standards
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive mindset
- Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written
