We are looking for a Junior International Account Manager to join a thriving, global FMCG organization based in Rotterdam. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our footprint across the French retail and food service sectors, balancing the management of key strategic accounts with the excitement of identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:

• Strategic Growth: You will partner with a Senior International Account Manager to oversee high-profile accounts, gradually taking full ownership of key relationships to drive turnover and profitability.
• Market Expansion: Proactively seek out new business prospects within the French retail and FSI channels, turning leads into long-term partnerships.
• Business Planning: Develop and execute robust business plans, monitoring sales performance and margins to ensure consistent growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, and Technical teams to ensure seamless execution and product distribution.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by providing sharp market insights and competitive analysis to optimize our pricing and distribution strategies.

Fulltime position with salary range € 50- € 55 k gross per year, depending on experience.RequirementsWhat You Bring

• Educational Background: A Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Industry Expertise: At least 3 to 5 years of experience in FMCG, specifically within Retail, B2B, or Food Service channels.
• Linguistic Skills: At least C1 level mastery of both French and English. Knowledge of Dutch is a significant advantage.
• Commercial Drive: A proven track record in account management and business development. You are solution-oriented, analytical, and possess a natural "commercial instinct."
• Flexibility: You thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment and are happy to travel internationally when the business requires it.
• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office is a must; experience with SAP is preferred.
• Essentials: A valid driver’s license is required for this role.
