You make sure clients in the pharma and healthcare sectors feel confident, supported, and successful using cutting-edge monitoring solutions. From onboarding to long-term relationships, you own the customer journey. You’ll work with clients in the Benelux, UK and Denmark, and collaborate with passionate colleagues across Europe.

With offices around the world, including one in ’s-Hertogenbosch, they provide high-quality hardware and software solutions to clients operating in highly regulated and critical environments.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Customer Support, Inside Sales or similar;
- Strong technical affinity (you enjoy understanding how things work);
- Fluent in Dutch and English, French or German is a big plus;
- You are a confident communicator with a proactive, solution-focused mindset;
- You thrive in an open and honest international environment, take ownership of your work.
