As a German-speaking customer support agent via YoungCapital, you will work for a fast-growing, young and 100 % online insurance company. Our client in Leusden has been making insurance easier and more transparent for over 12 years. Due to their innovative IT department, they are constantly optimizing their online platform, so the customers can manage (nearly) everything themselves digitally.

With your eye for detail, customer-oriented thinking and great communication skills, you will support the customers of the German market. Your daily activities in this part-time job include answering customer questions via e-mail and phone. Besides that, you will keep in close contact with other departments and their projects in Leusden and in the rest of Germany. 

There is a 50/50 and part-time policy when it comes to working from home or at the office. You will receive all equipment to build a comfortable home office as a customer support agent.
