As Logistics Lead in the Delft (Den Hoorn) warehouse, you'll help drive the mission to make biking the easiest choice for everyone. You combine people leadership with hands-on operational excellence. The pace in the warehouse is fast and dynamic, but together with driven colleagues, you keep operations running smoothly. What are you tasks?
- You coach, inspire, and direct a team of up to 8 logistics operators and coordinators.
- You manage the movement of up to 100 bikes per month to and from stores, acting as the main contact for store coordination and transport routing.
- You drive the use of SAP and S&OE processes, overseeing truck planning and inbound/outbound spare part flows.
- You maintain high stock accuracy in systems and organize regular physical counts on the floor.
- You handle reverse logistics, including retrieving bikes from municipal depots.
- You ensure a safe workplace and manage safe, compliant battery handling (ADR).
- You roll up your sleeves and support the floor directly whenever extra hands are needed.
