As a Production Operator your main responsibility is to manufacture high-quality plastic windows and doors. These products are used in motorhomes, caravans, and supermarket refrigerators. The factory consists of several departments, each with different processing steps. Your tasks may include:
Removing protective film from acrylic sheets and blowing off fine dust particles using antistatic air
Heating the sheets and shaping them using a press machine
Milling and sawing
Drilling, screwing, and assembling frame windows
Sealing drainage profiles on the frame windows
Installing rubber linings on the windows
Performing quality control and minor repairs
You will mainly work from Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts. Depending on the department, you will work in a 2-shift or 3-shift system, with the following working hours:
06:30 AM – 03:00 PM
03:00 PM – 11:30 PM
11:30 PM – 06:30 AM

Wat wij bieden
€14.81 gross per hour, including ADV allowance
22% shift allowance for working in a 3-shift schedule (€17.91)
14% shift allowance for working in a 2-shift schedule (€16.78)
Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (starting from 10 km one way)
150% overtime pay
200% pay for Saturday afternoon shifts
