Main Responsibilities:
- Operating and monitoring machines for the precise weighing and mixing of ingredients.
- Performing quality checks and ensuring compliance with production standards.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and reporting progress and any issues to supervisors.
- Preparing raw materials and setting up production batches according to established procedures.
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment to ensure workplace hygiene and safety.
- Attractive hourly wage of €16.88 per hour, excluding shift allowance;
- ADV allowance of 5.12%;
- Shift allowance of 20.5% for working in 3 shifts, paid on every hour worked;
- Possibility of transitioning to a permanent contract with IFF after 6 months, with a one-year contract offered;
- Travel allowance starting from 10 kilometers;
- Pension build-up starting from your first week of work.
- Availability to work in 3 shifts;
- Experience in a production environment;
- Good command of Dutch and/or English;
- Flexibility, resilience, and attention to safety and hygiene;
- Comfortable working with strongly scented raw materials.
