In this role, you will be directly involved in international export shipments, working both at the office and at the airport. From paperwork to on-site processes, you’ll handle it all from A to Z. What does your day look like?
You start the day at our Hoofddorp office with an overview of the planned shipments. You prepare export documents, arrange bookings, and coordinate with airlines and customers. In between, you call colleagues and check the latest flight updates.
Later in the day, you’ll be on-site at Schiphol to oversee the logistics process. You make sure everything runs smoothly, act as the point of contact for all parties involved, and keep the overview. Back at the office, you finalize files and prepare the shipments for the next day. You are the connecting link that ensures everything is correct – on paper and in practice.
Responsibilities
- Preparing export documentation such as air waybills and supporting papers
- Planning flights, arranging bookings, and handling complete shipment files
- Coordinating transport processes on-site, including at Schiphol
- Liaising with airlines, customers, and internal colleagues
- Identifying bottlenecks and contributing to process improvements
- Ensuring timely, accurate, and precise administration
- You are eager to learn and interested in logistics
- Gross monthly salary: €3,000 – €4,000 based on 40 hours per week
- Fluent in Dutch and English (German is a plus)
- Accurate, hands-on, and proactive
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to keep an overview

- Able to obtain a Security Clearance (VGB) for Schiphol
