As Lead Specialist CX you will:

• Manage daily customer order activities while ensuring complete data accuracy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in a proactive way
• Resolve issues independently using available tools, and escalate when necessary
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels
• Share customer insights across teams to improve processes and anticipate future needs
• Lead assigned projects or initiatives (e.g., Key User for new systems)
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and complaint resolution standards
