As a forklift operator, you are essential to the production process. You make sure that raw materials and semi-finished products are safely and efficiently moved within the production halls. You'll be working indoors, so you don't have to worry about the weather. Your effort keeps the production lines running smoothly and prevents downtime.

A typical day involves mainly operating the forklift: supplying materials to the right locations and transporting products internally. You'll start with a thorough onboarding period to get you up to speed. Depending on your interests and skills, you can choose a full-time forklift position or a combination role with some production tasks. You'll work in 9.5-hour shifts (4 days) or a 2-shift rotation, alongside a close-knit team.

You will join a leading Dutch manufacturer in the pallet industry. This company produces six million pallets annually and is a front-runner in sustainability and innovation. They work exclusively with kiln-dried wood, which is not only environmentally friendly but also supports a more efficient logistics process. • You are available immediately
• You have a valid forklift certificate
• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
• You have an enthusiastic and motivated attitude
• Good command of the Dutch language
• Willing to work in 9.5-hour shifts (4 days) or in a 2-shift rotation
• Minimum VMBO/MBO work and thinking level
• Experience from 0 to 10 years welcome (entry-level, junior, medior)

• Gross hourly wage of €17.68 including shift compensation
• 40-hour work week
