What will your tasks be?
- Handling technical issues and customer questions via phone and email;
- Providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction;

- Working efficiently to meet daily service targets;
- Participating in paid training sessions to sharpen your skills.
Who are you?
You are a communicative professional who loves solving problems. You speak and write Portuguese fluently and have a very good command of English. You are flexible enough to work in shifts and possess solid technical skills. Moving to Athens for at least twelve months sounds like the perfect career move to you.
What we offer- A monthly base salary between € 1.045,- and € 1.100,-;
- Fourteen salaries per year and monthly bonuses up to 20 percent;
- A 75% salary extra for working on Sundays or public holidays;

- Native-level fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written);
- Very good knowledge of the English language;
- You are at least 18 years old;
- Availability to work in shifts and live in Athens for 12 months;
- Strong computer and technical skills.
