We’re looking for a skilled and motivated window fitter to join our growing team at Ergon Jobs in the Netherlands. Your main responsibility as Window fitter will be to install high-quality aluminum and PVC window systems in a variety of residential and commercial buildings.
Your day-to-day tasks will include precise measuring, assembling window frames, fitting them securely, sealing edges, and making sure everything operates smoothly and safely.
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in window installation as Window fitter. You should be confident working both on your own and as part of a team, and always follow safety standards. A valid driving license is an advantage, as work takes place across multiple locations in the Netherlands.

Wat wij vragen
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in installing aluminum or PVC windows and/or curtain wall systems
- Basic knowledge of English or Dutch
- A valid driver’s license and access to your own car is an advantage
Wat wij bieden
Salary: €2500 – €3000 gross per month, depending on experience
Contract: Official Dutch employment contract with all legal benefits
