You will collaborate closely with the existing customer support team and coordinate with the technical support and service coordination teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Contact: Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, addressing inquiries related to orders. When necessary, ensure seamless escalation to the appropriate team.
- Order Processing: Manage the full order lifecycle, from entry and confirmation to invoicing and handling customer complaints.
- Coordination with Head Office: Maintain regular communication with the head office in Germany regarding customer orders, primarily in English.
- Quotation Support: Assist in the preparation and completion of quotations, letters, and other correspondence initiated by Sales Engineers.
Requirements:
- Experience in an administrative or commercial role
- Fluency in both French (C2 level), Dutch (minimum B2 level) & English (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
- Availability to work 32–40 hours per week - Preferably 32 hours per week
- Living within a reasonable commuting distance from Tiel
- Standard working hours are from 08:30 to 17:00.
- We are seeking a colleague available for a minimum of 32 hours per week, with specific working days to be agreed upon mutually.
- Our office is open on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, while Mondays and Fridays are designated as remote/WFH working days.
- This will be a temporary contract position via Undutchables Recruitment Agency until about April 2027
- Salary of €3.200 per month (Based on full-time)
- 25 Vacation days & 6.5 ATV days per annum (Based on full-time)
