You Will Do:
- Packaging: carefully pack various types of cheese while ensuring quality and attention to detail.
- Preparation: assist in slicing cheeses for shipment to customers.
- Shifts: work in rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts as part of a 3-shift system.
- Collaboration: work closely with colleagues to optimize production processes and maintain efficiency.
- Quality control: perform checks to ensure our products meet the highest standards of food safety and quality.
- Hourly salary €16,10 + surcharges
- Flexible working arrangements.
- Part-time role to 40 hours per week.
- 4% year-end bonus paid with every paycheck.
- Travel allowance of €0.23/km, up to €13.80/day.
- Access to training in packaging methods, safety, and quality control.
- Experience in production, preferably with packaging tasks.
- Ability to work quickly and precisely with cheese products.
- Flexibility to work in a 3-shift schedule.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of food safety is a plus.
