Wat je gaat doen As a production employee, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our production line, ensuring that our plastic packaging products meet the highest quality standards. You’ll be working in a dynamic, multicultural team where precision, collaboration, and safety are key. This role offers the opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a supportive environment while working in a 5-shift rotation.

What You Will Do:

• Ensure: products meet quality standards through careful inspection.
• Assemble: components such as caps and lids with precision and efficiency.
• Package: products securely and prepare them for shipment to customers.
• Organize: and stack drums neatly for dispatch, maintaining order in the workspace.
• Maintain: a clean and safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols.

• Gross hourly wage of €16.02, excluding shift allowance.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.

• 28% shift allowance for working in 5 shifts.
• 8.33% profit-sharing bonus paid annually.
