What are you going to do
As an Assistant Team Leader, you will manage a team of 5 to 15 employees.
Your tasks include:

• Checking if the work meets the agreed quality standards"
  
• Working on the packing department and guiding (new) employees (content-wise)
  
• Detecting and reporting simple (electrical/mechanical) faults, organizing repairs, and adjusting parts
  
• Instructing and distributing tasks within the team
  
• Ensuring smooth work preparation so that the team can continue working efficiently and adjusting when needed
