Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Customer Service Representative for Schneider Electric in Helmond.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play an important role in the order management and supply chain process. You will ensure smooth communication between customers, suppliers, and internal departments while keeping customer satisfaction at the highest level.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing the processing operations of incoming orders in collaboration with Front Office teams and suppliers
- Handling Complaint Requests (CR) according to SLA agreements and ensuring effective customer communication
- Following up the complete order execution process from order entry to shipment
- Managing urgent customer requests, returns, and quality-related follow-up actions
- Analyzing inventory, delivery, and sales order issues and reporting feedback to customer service departments
- Working closely with supply chain departments to ensure customer requirements are met
- Monitoring and maintaining the order portfolio
- Supporting the Customer Contact Center with customer order management
- Preparing customer documentation such as Certificates of Conformity, insurance certificates, and export documents
- Updating order-related data, including promised dates, quantities, and change requests
- Gross salary of €17.87 per hour
