Wat je gaat doen Your role as a production employee in our IBC department includes working hands-on to create industrial containers that meet the needs of our customers. You will be part of a 5-shift rotation, ensuring smooth production processes while adhering to safety and quality standards. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys practical work, has a proactive mindset, and is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic environment

.What You Will Do:

• assemble: steel pallets and frames to support industrial containers
• finish: metal parts to prepare them for production
• inspect: products coming off the machines to ensure they meet quality standards
• troubleshoot: minor issues and assist colleagues with production tasks
• maintain: a clean and safe working environment in your designated area
