- C2 or C1 level of the German languag, with excellent communication abilities in English.
- Dutch language skills at a minimum B2 level, enabling effective communication with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales, inside sales, account management, or business development role.
- Proven experience working within a B2B environment and managing customer relationships.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and drive revenue growth.
- Interest in and affinity with industrial machinery, technical equipment, manufacturing, or process-related industries.
- Ability to quickly develop product and market knowledge to support both sales and purchasing activities.
- Experience managing sales pipelines, quotations, customer follow-up, and opportunity tracking through CRM systems.
- Confident using modern business software, CRM platforms, and digital sales tools.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing a portfolio of customers with a high degree of autonomy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and customer requests.
- International business exposure and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers across different countries and cultures.
- A proactive, hands-on approach combined with a strong customer focus and solution-oriented mindset.
- Manage and grow an assigned customer portfolio within the German-speaking market.
- Develop long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Support both the sales and procurement activities related to industrial equipment.
- Assess commercial opportunities and contribute to negotiations with customers and suppliers.
- Work closely with colleagues across international teams to achieve sales objectives and business growth targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data within the CRM system.
