As a Road Freight Forwarder, you operate at the core of the transport operation near Schiphol. You connect customers, carriers and internal teams and make sure every shipment moves efficiently from A to B. You don’t just follow the plan, you manage it.

What you’ll be responsible for
- Coordinating and registering road freight shipments
- Creating, checking and handling transport documentation
- Keeping track of delivery times and shipment progress
- Maintaining daily contact with customers, carriers and partners
- Spotting risks in the planning and acting before delays occur
- Managing priorities across multiple shipments
- Updating routes and transport instructions when required
- Sharing ideas to optimize logistics processes
- Working within an international and professional logistics network
- Available full-time (40 hours per week)
- Flexible and open to working variable shifts
- Experienced in logistics or transport, or motivated to grow into the role
- Strong command of English (Dutch is an advantage)
- Eligible for a VGB clearance (minimum 8 years residency in the EU)
- Structured, accurate and stress-resistant
- Clear communicator with a solution-driven mindset
- Team-oriented, with the confidence to take initiative
- Gross monthly salary between €2,650 and €3,000 (based on 40 hours, depending on experience)
