As a Road Freight Forwarder, you operate at the core of the transport operation near Schiphol. You connect customers, carriers and internal teams and make sure every shipment moves efficiently from A to B. You don’t just follow the plan, you manage it.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Coordinating and registering road freight shipments
• Creating, checking and handling transport documentation
• Keeping track of delivery times and shipment progress
• Maintaining daily contact with customers, carriers and partners
• Spotting risks in the planning and acting before delays occur
• Managing priorities across multiple shipments
• Updating routes and transport instructions when required
• Sharing ideas to optimize logistics processes
• Working within an international and professional logistics network

This is you

• Available full-time (40 hours per week)
• Flexible and open to working variable shifts
• Experienced in logistics or transport, or motivated to grow into the role
• Strong command of English (Dutch is an advantage)
• Eligible for a VGB clearance (minimum 8 years residency in the EU)
• Structured, accurate and stress-resistant
• Clear communicator with a solution-driven mindset
• Team-oriented, with the confidence to take initiative
