This vacancy describes a diverse and challenging job as a warehouse worker/logistics employee in the Roermond area. You will ensure that all orders are ready for customers. Your daily tasks will be as follows:
- Collecting orders for customers (order picking) using an EPT;
- Storing incoming goods correctly;
- Maintaining a tidy workplace.
During holidays or busy periods, you may be asked to work as a co-driver. This means that you will deliver orders to customers together with the driver, help unload products, and load empty packaging.

Wie ben je?- You don't shy away from physical work and can effortlessly place crates and barrels on the EPT;
- Experience in logistics is an advantage, but if you don't have any experience with an EPT yet, you can learn this on the job;
- Salary: You will receive a gross monthly salary of €2,559 based on your age and experience. Including a 7.5% ADV allowance, this amounts to €2,750.93 gross per month;
- Equivalent compensation: You will be compensated according to the client’s pay scale. This means that your salary, allowances, and employment conditions are the same as those of employees directly employed by the client;
- Working hours: A full-time workweek from Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, allowing you to be home on time in the evenings;
- Overtime pay: For overtime (more than 8 hours per day), you will receive 150% of your normal wage;
- Travel allowance: €0.23 per kilometer for trips of 10 kilometers or more one way;
- Pension: Pension accrual through StiPP starting from your first day of work;
- Professional development: Free access to GoodHabitz, allowing you to take online training and courses;
- Contract: You’ll start through Olympia with the prospect of a contract with the client if your performance is satisfactory;
