Your role as a Cleanroom OperatorWithin the Advanced Packaging department, you play a crucial role in assembling high-quality electronic products. This is a specialized position where you will work with very small and delicate electronic components in a cleanroom environment. You are responsible for accurately positioning components and preparing products for the automated soldering process. Although the soldering process itself is automated, you play an important role in monitoring the process and ensuring the highest quality standards are achieved.
In addition to precision assembly, you are responsible for monitoring the complete product lifecycle within your work process. You work with great accuracy, have a strong quality mindset, and take ownership of the final product.
What will you do?- Assemble very small and delicate electronic components.
- Work in a cleanroom environment while following strict quality guidelines.
- Precisely position components for automated soldering processes.
- Monitor the assembly and soldering process.
- Perform visual and manual quality inspections.
- Test products to ensure proper functionality.
- Work according to technical work instructions and quality standards.
For this position, we are looking for a candidate with excellent attention to detail and strong fine motor skills. Experience with precision work is important, as you will work with very small electronic components on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate has:
- Experience in precision assembly or similar technical work.
- Experience working with small and delicate electronic components.
- Excellent fine motor skills and an accurate working method.
- The ability to carefully follow technical assembly instructions.
- Experience repairing mobile phones, laptops, or other electronic devices is a strong advantage.
