This role goes beyond check-ins-it's about setting the tone for everything that follows. What you'll do as Reception Manager:

• Lead and inspire the front office team on an operational basis
• Ensure a warm welcome and smooth check-in/check-out experience for all guests
• Take on broader hotel responsibilities when needed, with a flexible and hands-on approach
• Act as the go-to person for both guests and colleagues at the reception

What you bring:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Strong Dutch proficiency - we would love to greet our native Dutch guests in their home language!
