This role is perfect if you're studying, looking for a weekend, evening or night job, or simply don't want (or can't) work full-time but still want to be part of something big.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a part-time Front Office Crew Member, you are the host, the problem solver and the first impression our guests will remember.
You're the welcoming force of the hotel, the FUN HUNTER, young at heart, playful and always ready to WOW.
Your role includes:
Creating exceptional guest experiences together with the team
Processing guest check-ins and check-outs
Confirming reservations, assigning rooms and activating key cards
Handling payments and resolving late or disputed charges
Answering and processing guest calls, messages and requests
Providing directions and local recommendations
Serving food & beverages when needed
Keeping your work area clean, organized and HACCP-compliant
Taking care of front office equipment
Supporting the team and contributing to a positive work environment
Sharing local tips and unique discoveries with guests
JOB REQUIREMENTS
You:
Are excited to work in a new and dynamic hotel in The Hague
Communicate confidently in English (Dutch is a plus)
Are a self-starter with a passion for hospitality
Preferably have experience in a similar role (nice to have, not a must)
Can work independently and take responsibility
Are flexible to work evenings, weekends and/or night shifts
Are looking for a part-time role
Can provide two professional references
