As a kitchen operator, you play a key role in preparing our delicious snacks. You are responsible for operating, setting up, and refilling production machines according to established recipes, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with your colleagues, you help maintain high-quality standards and keep the production process on track.
You will work in a two-shift schedule, either from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM or from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. In addition, you will receive attractive shift allowances for hours worked before 6:00 AM and after 6:00 PM.
In return, we offer a competitive salary package. You will start with a base salary of €16.38 per hour, plus an ADV allowance of €1.00 per hour. Including shift allowances, your hourly wage can increase to as much as €22.79 per hour. Based on a 40-hour work week, this results in an average starting salary of €3,313.50 per month, with opportunities to grow to €3,707.51 per month as you develop within the role.
