At Workster in Velsen-Noord we are building a new, sustainable processing site. As an Operator you are at the heart of that process: you operate and monitor the Ecosteryl processing line and keep everything running safely and smoothly. We have just started with one shift and will expand to two shifts in early 2027. You join during the build-up phase, with plenty of room to develop yourself and make a real impact.
Wat ga je doen?- Operate and monitor the Ecosteryl processing line
- Safeguard the flow and step in when there are faults or deviations
- Work according to the required safety and quality standards
- Keep your workplace clean and organised
- Think along about improvements to the process and on the floor
- A good command of Dutch or English, both spoken and written
- At least an MBO working and thinking level
- Experience in production, recycling or logistics is a plus
- A forklift certificate is a plus (expired is fine, we will arrange the renewal)
- You are precise, reliable and take initiative
- Starters are welcome too, we train you fully
- Salary of €2,700 up to €3,450 per month, excluding shift allowance
- Paid courses and training for the Ecosteryl processing line, we train you fully
- Growth opportunities to team lead, site manager or project manager
- Holiday pay
- A travel (kilometre) allowance
